The Shops at Chestnut Hill

Faneuil Hall

Located on Boston’s historic Freedom Trail, this spot to visit Santa is a short walk from the State, Haymarket, and Government Center MBTA stations. Find Santa next to the Coach store in the South Market Building. Reservations are required.

Boston Common

Join Mayor Wu for the 83rd tree lighting — and see Santa in the Boston Common with his red-nosed friend. Vendors will have giveaways and refreshments while supplies last. No need to purchase tickets in advance to get your photo with the big man in red.

Prudential Center

Santa will set up shop this December in his festive Back Bay living room — at the Prudential Center in Hynes Court, right across from Sweetgreen near Hynes Convention Center.

Bass Pro Shops

Bass Pro Shops takes the holiday season seriously, and Santa’s Workshop is back! Reserve your time for a photo with Santa, or visit for a special story time or yuletide breakfast.

Natick Mall

This unique experience takes you on a magical Elevator Express to the North Pole, where you’ll meet Santa, take photos, and make some memories! Tickets have sold out, but walk-up appointments are still available.

Southwick’s Zoo’s Winter Wonderland

This beloved festive tradition includes live entertainment, dazzling holiday light displays, food, drinks, shopping, and Santa! Tickets can be purchased online in advance for a discount.

Silver Bell Farm

November 29-December 24

Talk about magic on a farm. Silver Bell Farm has everything from a light show, illuminated holiday-themed walking paths, and story time with Santa himself. There’s also gingerbread cookie decorating, outdoor play areas, goat feeding and viewing, and warming up with hot cocoa around the fire pits while making s’mores. Reservations for Santa are required.

Enchanted Village at Jordan’s Furniture

The Enchanted Village at Jordan’s Furniture is a New England tradition! Come for the photos and stay for the blueberry muffins. Tickets for photos with Santa are not needed, but you do need to purchase tickets to the Enchanted Village for entry.

Santa in Salem at the Hawthorne Hotel

Salem

Santa Claus will arrive at the top of Salem’s Hawthorne Hotel — with help from the fire department. Head to Salem Common by 5:45 p.m. to catch a sighting of the big man in red! Join the procession down the Essex Street Pedestrian Mall to Lappin Park for the holiday tree lighting. Participants are encouraged to bring lanterns (store-bought or homemade) to carry in the procession.

North Andover Santa Parade and Holiday Open House at The Village Studio

Start your holiday season with the North Andover Santa parade! Then head to The Village Studio that afternoon for photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Santa’s Workshop and Crafts at Smolak Farms

The barn will be buzzing with holiday cheer this season at Smolak Farms! Enjoy hot cocoa and story time with Mrs. Claus — you can even decorate your own mug! Or, make an ornament with the elves and snap a photo with Santa. Smolak Farms is partnering with On the Rise to gather donations of personal care items during their winter festivities.

Christmas in Rockport

Rockport’s Christmas festivities will take place all season long, but Santa arrives by boat on December 7 at T Wharf for photo ops and the Rockport Dock Square tree lighting.

Breakfast with Santa

The Community House is hosting a family breakfast with Santa! Enjoy a continental style breakfast, photos with Santa, a letter-writing station, and music and entertainment. Tickets are required. A sensory-friendly hour will take place at 7:30 a.m.

Courtney was raised a Navy brat, growing up in Washington, South Carolina, and Virginia before her family put their roots down in Florida. She studied at Loyola University New Orleans earning her degree in communications PR with a minor in English, and she earned her master's in marketing from SNHU. She moved to the Boston area in 2008, where she met and married her partner-in-crime, John. Mother of Jackson, 5, and stepmom to two 16-year-olds (boy and girl) and dog mom to Riley. Courtney is raising her family with a love of the outdoors, scary movies, and lots of laughs. Courtney works corporate communications/marketing/pr and lives on the South Shore. She has a passion for cooking and traveling. She volunteers her time as a Gold Award advisor for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts and serves on the planning gala committee for South Shore Health.
